I have recently moved our TFS 2010 server to new server, when I'm trying to configure Reporting server and when I stop the reporting jobs the TFS tells me that there are running jobs please wait untill it is Idle. I wait for a long time till the jobs finish but no way, It is always running. After long investigations about how these jobs work, I foun that the queued jobs are saved in the Tfs_Configuration database in a table called " tbl_JobQueu".  I've cleared the table "tbl_JobQueu" and it works now,

I have recently moved our TFS 2010 server to new server, I was trying to create a backup plan but TFS tells me that A backup plan already exists for this Tfs configuration. The power tool has a feature to prevent multiple backup plans from being created for the same TFS databases (because they might interfere). It works by setting an extended attribute in the TFS Configuration SQL database (called TFS_BACKUP_PLAN_CONTROLLER) that identifies a configured backup plan. You can't configure another backup plan from a different machine. To do it, you will need to delete this extended attribute using SQL Server Management Studio. I have recently moved our TFS 2010 server to new server, when I'm trying to configure Reporting server and enter the server name and populate URLs and then press ok, the tfs tells me that user or group is not recognized. Why this happen? This problem happens because the TFS service Account (TfsService) was assigned to be the owner account for TFS and data tier before changing its identity. When you are moving TFS from a server to another server or another domain, you have to migrate users accounts and change thier identity to the new domain (ex. Server1\Hassan has to be changed to Server2\Hassan). When you change the account identity after setting the ownership, TFS cannot change the service account because it becomes uneditable. So, how can we solve this problem? Simply, we have to change the accounts identity before setting the TFS ownership. فى يوم من الأيام القليلة اللى بروح فيها الكلية حصل قدامى موقف عجيب وغريب فى المترو ، أثناء ما كنت قاعد فى المترو كان قاعد قدامى راجل أسمرانى من الواضح عليه انه من الأفارقة الموجودين هنا فى مصر ومن خلال ملاحظاتى ان الناس دول يا اما بيشتغلوا هنا فى مصر يا اما من الدبلوماسيين اللى بيمثلوا بلادهم فى مصر المهم جت محطة دار السلام و يقوم شاب واقف على الرصيف مد ايده من الشباك ورزع الراجل الأفريقى ده حتة قفــا اقل ما يوصف به ان المترو كله سمعه وبص عليه ولك ان تتخيل صوت القفا كان عامل ازاى . طبعا الراجل كان فى حالة ذهول ... ايه اللى بيحصل ده .. طب ليه ، وانا شخصيا كنت فى حالة ذهول اكتر ، ليه الولد ده عمل كده ، عملك ايه يعنى ، وبعدين ده راجل غريب وضيف فى بلدنا وكمان ممكن يكون من الدبلوماسيين الأفارقة .. ده مش بعيد يكون السفير نفسه ، المهم الراجل كان مكسوف وفى نص هدومه وباصص فى الأرض ، وأنا فضلت افكر فى الموضوع ده وانا آسف جدا للأنحطاط الأخلاقى اللى وصلنا له . ومن ساعتها وانا كل ما اقعد حنب الشباك وانا بخلى بالى ، الأمر ما يسلمش وانتوا كمان خلوا بالكوا لو حد منكوا قعد جنب الشباك يخلى باله لأحسن ت...

لم أكن أعرف أن حياتنا الرياضية فى مصر بها كمية ألغاز وفوازير.. منها الموسمية ومنها المؤقتة ومنها الدائمة بهذا الشكل.. ولم اكن أدرى أن الرياضة فى مصر دائماً بوجهين..وجه صادق و وجه قد ينقلب إلى نفاق غريب، ولكن على كل الأحوال فإن هناك مفاهيم فى حياتنا قد تنطبق فى حياتنا الرياضية، وهذه المفاهيم قد دارت بذهني و أردت أن أسردها بشكل قد يصل للقارىء بشكل بسيط.. وربما مبهم.. وربما يفهمنى!! مصطلحات وتعريفات: الندالة: ان تجزم انك زمالكاوى حتى النخاع..وان الزمالك املك..وامل اهلك..وامل اللى يشتدد لك..وعندما يأتى وقت مفاوضات الاهلى تجزم بانه حلم اى لاعب فى مصر..طبعا هناك كثير من القصص ابرزها لاعب مضى مؤخرا للاهلى!! الخيانة: ان تقول انك زمالكاوى عندما تنضم للمقاولون..وان زوجتك زمالكاوية..وعائلتك زمالكاوية..وعندما تمضى للاهلى وانت لاعب فى صفوف الزمالك وتشارك امامه..فهذه خيانة غير مشروعة..ممم..اسهلها!! خيانة مشروعة: ان تكون لاعب فى صفوف نادى..وانت ماضى للنادى المنافس..ثم عندما تبدأ فى اللعب ويشجعك الجمهور مرة اخرى..تطلب 2 مليون جنية..ثم تطلب عدم القيد فى القائمة الافريقية..خيانة مشروعة لانك مهدت لنا انك...
